  • Professor Pamela Foohey will speak at the University of Cincinnati College of Law鈥檚 2022 Corporate Law Symposium on March 25. She also co-filed an amicus curiae brief in the Purdue Pharma Chapter 11 bankruptcy appeal, pending before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Professor Jocelyn Getgen Kestenbaum was a guest on Zeitgeist19 Foundation's podcast to discuss the Russian invasion of Ukraine and ways in which human rights violations and mass atrocities can be prevented. The USCIRF report she co-authored last year and a podcast about it was mentioned in a New York Times article about lynch mobs in Pakistan.
  • Professor Deborah Pearlstein will be a panelist at 鈥淟ies, Free Speech and the Law鈥 on April 8, sponsored by the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University.
